Barcelona Game

HOW TO PLAY

Choose your character, Lali or Mercè, roll the dice and move around the board following the rules of the game.

Along the way, you’ll find information about places to visit, Barcelona traditions, routes through different neighbourhoods, shopping areas, things to do with children and how to get around by public transport.

The board also includes a map of Barcelona’s public transport network, helping you locate different parts of the city as you play.

You can play as many times as you like and make each game a new way to explore Barcelona.

26 STOPS AROUND THE CITY

The board takes you through 26 locations in Barcelona, including places as varied as Port Vell, Barcelona Zoo, Parc de la Ciutadella, Camp Nou, Pedralbes, Tibidabo, Parc del Laberint d’Horta, El Carmel, Passeig de Gràcia, La Boqueria, Montjuïc and the city’s beaches.

So it doesn’t just focus on the best-known landmarks: the game takes you through different neighbourhoods and areas of Barcelona and suggests different ways to enjoy the city.

ROUTES TO KEEP EXPLORING BARCELONA

In addition to the main route, the game includes routes through different parts of the city, with maps and information that you can also use to plan your own walks around Barcelona.

FOR TOURISTS… AND BARCELONA LOCALS

If you’re visiting Barcelona, the game will help you get your bearings, discover some of its sights and find ideas for planning your stay.

But you don’t have to be a visitor to play. If Barcelona is your city, the challenge changes: how many of these places do you know? Which traditions will you recognise? Is there somewhere you still haven’t explored?

A way to discover Barcelona when you first arrive and rediscover it when you think you already know it.

FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Designed for 2 or more players, the game can be enjoyed by adults and children together.
